The trip home was a good one for seeing animals.

These things are huge.

 

 

Impressive in the wild, better on the BBQ.

Kudu meat is the best meat we have ever had, lean, not to gamey

and better than the best beef you can buy.

At the moment we have a roast, mince and biltong in the freezer.

We enjoyed the visit to Francistown, it is always good to see a new place, but the drive each way was the highlight.
