Michelle, Mitsy & Vanessa needed to go to Francistown to purchase items for the new units, there is a greater range of shops than Maun.
We volenteered to drive our car, give it a good test run. It is pretty much spot on 500km to get there.
The drive was very interesting, you go through two national parks.
This first group of photos is from the trip there.....
Francistown was all about the shopping,didn't get the camera out.
There are larger shops, about the size of K-Mart.
We stayed at one of the Cresta motels overnight, nice rooms.
It even had a casino!
If you call 30 poker machines and an elctronic roulette table a casino.
The second day was more shopping then head off home.
